My Favourite!

I've had a Nintendo DSi for ages and have been neglecting it for what probably adds up to the past year or so, but I found it, dug out my R4i card and started playing my all time favourite game recently: The Legend Of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass.

The Phantom Hourglass game was the first in the Legend Of Zelda that was released for the DS, so of course at the time I naturally ran out and bought it.

Now here is where I get all game-geeky, so bear with me. The art style is just like Legend Of Zelda: The Wind Waker but with a top down view, and the story is a direct sequel to Wind Waker.

The main quest of the game is great (I've completed it numerous times) but there are also really great side quests you can find on the way as well, to get the most out of the game.

I passed!

All those driving lessons paid off because I passed my driving test the first time!

I was really confident going in because I feel like I'm a really good driver, it was just like second nature to me after the first couple of lessons, and I'm really comfortable behind the wheel now so I'm sure driving around town will be a doddle for me!

I'm looking at car insurance quotes online but they're pretty pricey for new drivers. I'm sure I won't have an accident, so I might make my excess higher so the overall policy premiums will be cheaper, hopefully my driving confidence and savvy will keep me problem-free on the road!

It's perfect timing, now I can drive to festivals instead of slogging there and back on the packed trains!

Dangerous Cars Revealed

Britain's most crash-prone cars have recently been revealed by a well known comparison website after researchers polled a cross section of the British public and investigated car accidents in the last 5 years.

The findings were shocking and surprising, as some of the cars mentioned in the list are well known, family models. However, the findings only reveal a snapshot of accidents so try not to worry too much if you own one of these cars, as there are other factors one must consider when choosing a car.

The cars listed as most crash prone include Honda, Lexus RX and Volvo XC90. Both the Lexus and Volvo are sport models, and can travel at fast speeds which may add to their risk. It could also be assumed that the Honda, being a popular family car was high on the list due to the volume of road users.

On the plus side, the 'safest' car was revealed to be the Mazda 2 TS TD.

It is important to carry out your own research before buying a car, so for some healthy information, take a look at jobs

Time to Get Into Shape

I am off on holiday for two weeks over the summer to Ibiza and I need to get in shape!

There is going to be loads of really attractive girls out there who look great in a bikini and I need to fit in!
So the first step for me was to go and buy myself a new pair of trainers to start my fitness regime!

I got a nice pair of Nike ones, which have a hint of pink in them, and I am not ready to hit the treadmill!

The next was to sort out my food! I have stocked up on loads of fresh fruit and vegetables so most of my meals are going to be VERY boring and bland and will look like this:

But then hopefully I will end up looking like this:

Getting in the festival spirit!

It's only a matter of weeks until the first of the bigger summer festivals kick off, and I for one cannot wait!

I absolutely love music festivals, my favourites are Reading Festival and V Festival, and the lesser-known Hevy Festival was great last year! But it all depends on the music, there has to be a good line up otherwise it's a load of money just for the experience, not the music too!

Download Festival is the first on my calendar, it's a bit of a heavier music fest, and it's the second week of June so I'm already preparing! I've got my tent that will hopefully last me through a few trips, an inflatable bed-come-sleeping bag, a waterproof camera and spare camera batteries, torches, lights and roll mats.

That's pretty good going so far! I need to stock up on baby wipes and absolutely tons of dry shampoo - it's the best invention ever!
